Burnt toast 🍞

 2:45 am

All the tensions of the world are one side and one truth is on the other… 'What is yours will come to you.' When you accept this without doubt, things begin to unfold from there, and new paths open up. I always used to think, 'If only I had taken that stream, if only I had gone to that college, if only I hadn't made that friend.' If only this happened, if only that happened. But the truth is that what you think is not life; rather, what happens to you is your real life. You might think that the friend who left you did wrong to you. So why did that happen to you? And why does this always happen to you? At one time, that person was so good, then suddenly why did they leave life like that? You keep making a long list of your broken bonds, and your trust issues keep increasing, but have you ever thought that maybe the universe did you a favor by removing that person from your life? Because that friend might have betrayed you in the future in ways you can't even imagine, which is why God removed that person from your life ahead of time.

This is also called the burnt-toast theory, where you accept the setbacks that have happened to you, learn something good from them, and understand that what happened was for the better. For example, if you were supposed to go for an entrance exam but couldn't make it, you might live with guilt for missing the exam. But it could also be that the ceiling of the place where you were supposed to take the exam collapsed, causing many injuries and even a few casualties. So, while it was a setback, it also saved your life that day. If you look at it, this is a coping mechanism. Isn't this what our religion teaches us too? That what happened yesterday? What will happen tomorrow? It is in no one's hands. Focus on today. Maybe something good will happen. In life, things may take a little time to happen, but that doesn't mean life is over, right?

Oh, this reminds me that I have some bread and milk to eat. The bread has burnt because it was toasted too much, and the milk has gone completely cold. On top of that, my mom has also hidden the packet of Aloo bhujia, and I can't find it. Is this a sign that I should learn to cook?👀
